1. Create your seller profile

Sign up in minutes and add your details so we can arrange smooth pickups and payouts.

 

2. Upload your item

Take a few clear photos, write a short description, and set your price.

Good photos = faster sales.

 

3. Sell & earn

When your item sells, you’ll receive an email notification.

From there, simply make the item available for pickup.

 

📦 Pick-up Process

To keep things smooth for both sellers and buyers:

 

  • When an order is placed, you will receive an email notification.

  • Please log in to your seller dashboard → Orders Listing and mark the item as Fulfilled once it is ready for pickup.

  • Items should be made available within 24 hours to ensure a great experience for the buyer and to keep the delivery timeline on track.

 

How pickup works

  • Standard pickup happens overnight for fast, eco-friendly handovers.

  • Please leave the item at your door or with your building’s security (we handle the packaging).


If overnight pickup isn’t possible, mention it in the Fulfillment Note and we will arrange a daytime pickup (9am–5pm).

cluttr holds the payment securely for 72 hours after delivery.


If no issue is reported by the buyer, your earnings are automatically released to your cluttr wallet.

1. Use your balance to shop on cluttr

2. Request a payout to your bank account

Profile → cluttr Wallet → Payout / Gift Card Request

Submit the amount you want to withdraw.

  • Orders must be fulfilled within 24 hours unless otherwise communicated.

  • If a seller repeatedly receives complaints (more than 2 issues) or frequently delays fulfilment, we reserve the right to suspend or block the account.
