General

Yes. All payments are processed securely. For buyers, funds are only released after delivery is confirmed. For sellers, earnings are held in the cluttr Wallet until they choose to transfer them to their own account. This system keeps transactions safe and fair for everyone.

When a sale is confirmed, the money goes straight into your cluttr Wallet. You can keep it there to shop for other items on cluttr, or request a payout to your personal bank account at any time.

This gives you flexibility and makes it easier to buy and sell within the community.

Sellers must describe and photograph their items accurately. If a seller receives three returns due to misrepresentation or hidden defects, their account may be banned.

This helps protect buyers and ensures cluttr remains a trusted space.

Buying on cluttr

You can browse items, add your favorites to the cart, and check out securely. Your payment is held safely until your order is delivered and confirmed.

We accept all major online card payments. We do not offer cash on delivery.

We charge a flat fee of AED 20 per order. There is no extra charge if your order includes items from multiple sellers.
We offer complimentary delivery if you spend over AED 250.

cluttr delivers overnight, this reduces traffic, lowers emissions, and ensures fast, quiet delivery. You’ll wake up with your order at your doorstep !

If you prefer daytime delivery, please choose the Daytime Delivery option at checkout.

If the seller is not available for pickup, delivery may be delayed. We will always keep you informed in such cases.

Returns are only accepted if the item does not match its description or has a hidden defect.
If this is the case, please contact us within 48h of delivery at support@cluttr.ae.
Include :

  • Your order number
  • A short explanation of the issue
  • Photos/videos if relevant

Report an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos. Our team will review the case.

If approved, the item must be returned in the same condition as received. Once item has been picked-up, we will process your refund.

Selling on Cluttr

You can create a seller account, upload clear photos, add an honest description and set your price.

Cluttr currently accepts fashion items (clothes, shoes, accessories, and bags), books, toys, and small baby gear.

All items must be clean, safe and accurately described.

cluttr charges a standard 15% commission on each sale.

Special actions can apply.

  1. Mark your sold item as Fulfilled
  2. Leave at your door or with security
  3. We collect it overnight (or daytime if you specify in the note)
  4. You’re done!

Payments are released within 72 hours of delivery as store credit if no issue is raised .

You can request a transfer to your bank account at any time.

Returns only occur if the item was misrepresented or had a hidden defect. In that case, the buyer will return the item to you and receive a refund.

Payment will not be released for returned items.

If you receive two returns due to items being misrepresented, your seller account may be banned. This is to ensure buyers can trust that all items are accurately described and in acceptable condition.
