Return Policy

At cluttr, we want you to feel confident when buying pre-loved items. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

✅ When You Can Return an Item 

Returns are only accepted if:

The product has a major defect, or

The product does not match the description or photos provided by the Seller.

 

❌ When Returns Are Not Accepted

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Wrong size or fit

Normal wear and tear mentioned in the item's description. 

 

🕒 Reporting an Issue

Buyers must report any problem within 48 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, contact us at cluttr.ae@gmail.com with your order details and photos.

 

🔄 Return Process

Once your claim is approved, you will be asked to return the item.

The item must be returned to the Seller in the same condition it was received.

After the Seller confirms receipt, your payment will be refunded in full.

 

⚖️ Fair Use

Sellers who repeatedly list misleading or faulty items may be suspended

Buyers who misuse the return process may be restricted.
