Your bank details must be added and kept up to date in your seller portal.

Yes. Your store credit can be applied directly at checkout to purchase items on cluttr.

Payouts are processed within 2 working days after your request is submitted.

You will receive a confirmation once the transfer is complete.

Absolutely. Select “I want to transfer a specific amount” in the form and enter the amount you’d like to transfer.

Incorrect or incomplete details may delay or fail your transfer.

Only credit earned from your sales is eligible for withdrawal. Any promotional or bonus credit (such as rewards or incentives) can only be used for purchases on cluttr and cannot be transferred to your bank.
